Returns and Exchanges

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all ordered items for proper application fit before installation. All returned starters and alternators will be thoroughly inspected and eligibility will be determined if all conforming requirements are met. All products including our tractor starter motors and alternator starter rebuilders must be returned in “like new” condition and totally free of damages of any type. These damages include, but are not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, chips, marks, defacement or any indication of removed screws, bolts, fasteners or seals. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% at our discretion.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase and must also be in their original packaging. All shipping charges on our products, including tractor starter motors and alternator starter rebuilders, are non-refundable.
